April 18th, 2007Thursday Thirteen #21
1. My awesome Web cam.
2. My equally awesome Olympus SP-350 Digital Camera
3. The best Eye drops ever. Visine A with Antihistamine and redness reliever.
4. My Peter Rabbit round tin that holds our half million pens, pencils and scissors.
5. A lighted 5X magnification mirror. Yep, I tweeze my brows at my desk.
6. A can of compressed air. The best invention ever. It also works well as a cat deterrent.
7. A newly arrived post card from New Zealand — my first one from NZ.
8. A self-healing mat, cork board I use for crafts, bone folder, adhesives and an 18″ stainless steel ruler.
9. A yellow, HP, 02 series ink cartridge for Gertie (my printer).
10. A 180 GB external hard drive, named Billy. I use it for weekly backups, as well as extra backup for photos. I cannot tell you how many photos I’ve lost because I didn’t back them up regularly.
11. A 2007 Crossword of the Day Desk Calendar.
12. A Great Smoky Mountains Geocoin that I found the other day in our first Geocache find. (Scroll down if you’d like to see it).
13. Green Tea flavoured Chap stick. I also have a large zip lock bag filled with about a hundred more chap sticks. I can’t get enough of them!

You crack me up with the magnification mirror… Since I’m more on the unibrow side of the fence I should probably do that too… I’m just too lazy!
I love Green Tea, but not too sure I’m keen on the chapstick flavor.

I love Green Tea, too, and oh my goodness am I a Lip Balm nut! I don’t use chapstick, though — I’m into Blistex and Carmex, ya know, the hard stuff, LOLOL! ;-) And I like that you named your hard drive. Cute!
Happy TT, and thanks for visiting my blog!

Heh heh, I like Blistex and Carmex, too. I meant ‘chap stick’ in a general term, kinda like Kleenex!

I’m addicted to chapstick, too. I have recently discovered though that I like aquafina brand and binaca brand better. Off brands are usually awful!
My TT is also posted.

You’ve named your external hard drive? How interesting. And here I thought I was the only freak on the planet that named electonic equipment

Great list. I bought a Web Cam, but took it back, considering I use my laptop more than I do my PC anymore.
Check out my TT.

LOL I love that your printer and hard drive have names. :-)
I’ve had many different flavors of chap stick but never green tea. I’ll have to look for that one.
And your list reminded me that I need to buy more of #3.
Happy TT and thanks for visitng mine!

If you’re interested it’s back 2 basics, Nature’s lip care. It came in a package with two others, Chamomile, and I don’t remember the other one.

Don’t we get a picture? ;-) I can imagine your desk though! Might be an interesting one for me to do for a TT.
Thanks for visiting my collections TT. Sharpies are a wonderful weakness!

I think compressed air is fantastic too. I don’t deliberately use it as a cat deterrant, but my cats do run a mile every time I use it.

That’s quite a lot, lol ! I only have my printer and on the printer are sitting 4 little ceramic cats, a tea pot with cats on, a mug with cats on. But it’s not a desk it’s just a little table with my laptop and sometimes two of my real cats, they also sit on there !
