Yikes. Gross is right but I wonder if it was warm at the time and he crawled up to warm up and then never moved and you started the car and there he was being turned inside out basically. Sorry for being so graphic about it.
Could’ve been worse. We have a friend that had a mouse crawl into her defroster motor. When she turned on the defroster, ground up mouse shot all over her windshield.
They never could get the smell out of her car either. They wound up trading in the car the following summer. That way the dealer wouldn’t be running the heater and getting the resulting odor when he test drove the car.

Yuck!
No, getting a mouse in there is not good.

Now I have to ask. How did a mouse make it’s way into your brake caliper? Very strange.

Tweetey, he’d been there a while, so he wasn’t trying to get warm. And, he wasn’t really inside out, just really, really flat.
