April 25th, 2008Foys to Blacktail Trail via Herron Park
The season for Geocaching is upon us, and today we hit a few.
These are from a cache on the Foys to Blacktail Trail, which begins (or ends, depending on how you look at it) at Herron Park.

If you click this one, you may be able to read some of the sign.

Herron Park is a horse park, full of horse jumps.

Another view of the park and part of Foys Canyon.

Click it, and click it again, and you can see the cute lil’ bird. Yeah, I know I need a new lens.

What were we looking for this time? When you go doing this you are always looking for something so now I am just wondering what you were looking for this time around?? LOL.. Hope you had fun. Its snowing here today and very cold compared to what it was earlier in the week.

You still have snow?
We had it for only a day or two, and it was gone.
That horse park looks fun. I’ve never done a horse jump before, and would love to give it a whirl.

ZS, we have a little bit up in the mountains around Kalispell, but none in the valley. Even though everywhere else got dumped on, the snow was really light all winter here.

Ok what is that exactly? I know you have mentioned them before but I never asked for some reason. I have never heard of them here.

Tweetey, the site can explain it better than me, here’s the faq: http://www.geocaching.com/faq/
There are almost 1500 caches in your city.

OK thank you. That explains a lot to me. Sounds like fun though.
