Authorities in Kalispell have cancelled an Amber Alert for 3-year-old Loic Rogers after his body was discovered late Friday night in a septic tank. The cause of death was drowning.

Loic (Low-ich) is 3 1/2 years old. He is about 3′3″ tall and weighs 40 pounds. His eyes are blue and hair is blonde and has a scar on his chin. His nickname is “tank” and he does not like to talk to strangers.

Loic was last seen on Wednesday, January 24, 2007 at 6:45pm at Maple Dr. in Evergreen (Kalispell), and was wearing a red, white and blue winter coat with jeans, a bright green camouflage hat and tan boots.
