Nice of them to have something to remember the dog in duty. Lets just hope people are right about not letting there dogs in there. Its a beautiful monument. Hope all is well with you and yours.
My question is: How are they going to keep dogs from peeing on a hydrant in a dog park without impeding the use of the hydrant. And wouldn’t painting a hydrant like a flag violate the Flag Code to begin with?
